Elements of the past inform a new future, antique fabrications are revisited afresh and historical elements are brought into the contemporary sphere. A reinvigoration of tailoring and silhouette, Dries Van Noten’s contemporary approach is celebrated by a meticulously crafted collection of suits and coats using wools from English mills, alongside sharp tailoring and lean shapes that contrast refined embroidery and French lace — each piece is kissed with a special detail.
